Description
ELEGOO TPU 95A is a flexible filament with 95A Shore hardness — springy, abrasion-resistant, and tough against impacts. Prints can stretch up to five times their length without tearing and snap back into shape, while solid water and cold resistance make it a great pick for outdoor parts. The ±0.02 mm diameter tolerance keeps feeding smooth and snag-free.
Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
- Bed temperature: 30–50 °C
- Print speed: 20–30 mm/s (recommended), up to 60 mm/s on a direct-drive extruder
- Diameter: 1.75 mm, ±0.02 mm tolerance
- No enclosure or hardened nozzle required
TPU 95A is one of the stiffer flexibles, so it's easier to print than soft 85A grades. It's ideal for phone cases, dampers, wheels, straps, gaskets, and any part that needs springiness and wear resistance. Works with 1.75 mm FDM printers — best on direct-drive machines like Bambu Lab, Prusa, and Creality K1.
Frequently asked questions
Not strictly, but it's strongly recommended. Direct drive feeds the flexible strand reliably. You can run it on a Bowden setup too, but only at low speed (15–20 mm/s) with short, gentle retraction, or the filament buckles in the tube.
