Description

Anycubic TPU 95A is a flexible filament with a 95 Shore A hardness: it prints parts that bend, stretch, and bounce back after hundreds of flexes. It blends rubber-like flexibility with the wear resistance of plastic — great for phone cases, straps, dampers, gaskets, and flexible mounts. 95A is the sweet spot: soft enough for springy parts, yet firm enough to feed through the extruder without buckling.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
  • Bed temperature: 30–60 °C
  • Print speed: 20–30 mm/s (recommended), up to 50 mm/s
  • Diameter: 1.75 mm, 95 Shore A hardness
  • Direct drive preferred, minimal retraction; no enclosure required

TPU 95A is great for functional flexible parts: phone cases, watch straps, protective bumpers, damped wheels and gears, gaskets, grips, and soft-touch covers. It works with most 1.75 mm FDM printers — Anycubic Kobra, Creality Ender 3, Bambu Lab, and others — and performs best on machines with direct-drive feeding. Six colors are available, including translucent Clear and Clear Blue shades.

FAQ

It's not required but recommended. TPU prints more reliably on direct drive. A Bowden setup can work too — drop the speed to 15–20 mm/s and reduce retraction to avoid filament buckling.
