ELEGOO Rapid TPU 95A — Flexible High-Speed Filament

ELEGOO Rapid TPU 95A is a flexible filament rated Shore 95A that prints up to three times faster than standard TPU 95A. It pairs the elasticity and abrasion resistance of a soft material with high-speed, clog-free printing, so it works for first-time flex users and small production runs alike.

Print Settings

• Nozzle temperature: 210–230 °C
• Bed temperature: 30–50 °C
• Print speed: 50–70 mm/s (recommended), up to 150 mm/s on capable machines
• Diameter: 1.75 mm, 1 kg spool
• Hardness: Shore 95A
• No enclosure or hardened nozzle required

Rapid TPU 95A is great for flexible functional parts: phone cases, gaskets, straps, wheels, dampers, and protective covers. It's compatible with most 1.75 mm direct-drive FDM printers — Bambu Lab, Creality K-series, Prusa MK4, Anycubic Kobra. Bowden bedslingers can print it too, just at lower speeds.
