Description
SUNLU High Speed Matte PETG is a PETG filament with a matte surface tuned for high-speed printing. Compared to standard PETG, its melt flowability is significantly improved, so you can run the spool at up to 600mm/s without sacrificing quality. The matte texture kills reflections and gives parts a clean, professional look.
Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 205–215°C at 50–100mm/s, 240–250°C at 100–300mm/s, 260–270°C at 300–600mm/s
- Bed temperature: 70–80°C without glue (with glue you can skip heating)
- Print speed: 50 to 600mm/s
- Diameter: 1.75mm, tolerance ±0.02mm
- Strong layer adhesion, minimal stringing and no clogging
This line suits functional prototypes and load-bearing parts: PETG is durable, impact-resistant and stands up to chemicals. It works with most FDM printers that take 1.75mm filament — Creality, Prusa, Anycubic and more. You can keep the stock brass nozzle, since matte PETG isn't abrasive.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. PETG absorbs moisture, and the high-speed version's extra flowability makes a wet spool especially prone to stringing and oozing. Dry the filament for about 6 hours at 65°C.
