Description

SUNLU ABS is a strong, wear-resistant filament built for functional parts that need higher heat resistance. Compared to PLA it shrugs off impacts, won't crack under stress and keeps its shape under load, making it a solid pick for enclosures, brackets and mechanical parts that see long-term use.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle temperature: 250–260 °C
  • Bed temperature: 80–100 °C
  • Print speed: 40–60 mm/s
  • Retraction: 5 mm at 50 mm/s
  • Diameter tolerance: ±0.02 mm

The filament is made for FDM printers that run 1.75 mm material and performs best on machines with a closed chamber and an all-metal hotend, such as Bambu Lab P and X series. The larger inner spool diameter makes unwinding easier and reduces tangling.

FAQ

Yes. ABS warps badly with drafts and temperature swings, so print it inside an enclosure with a heated bed. That keeps layers bonded and stops the corners from lifting.
