Description
eSUN ABS+ is a reformulated ABS: it warps and delaminates less than regular ABS. It's strong, heat-resistant and a good fit for functional parts that need to handle heat and impact.
Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 220–260 °C
- Bed temperature: 80–110 °C
- Cooling fan: off (0%)
- Diameter: 1.75 mm, 1 kg spool
ABS+ warps badly in a draft and gives off fumes while printing. You need an enclosure and a ventilated room. Keep the fan off — otherwise the layers delaminate.
Great for heat-resistant, load-bearing parts: automotive components, electronics housings, tools. The surface can be smoothed with an acetone bath. Requires an enclosure.
