SUNLU Easy ABS (E-ABS) — Warp-Free ABS Filament

SUNLU Easy ABS (E-ABS) is a reworked ABS with a fine-tuned ratio of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene for exceptionally low shrinkage. The key difference from standard ABS is minimal warping: prints stick to the bed and keep their shape as they cool, with no cracking — so you can run it on an open-frame printer without an enclosure.

• Nozzle temperature: 225–255 °C
• Bed temperature: 60–70 °C
• Print speed: 50–200 mm/s
• Cooling fan: on
• Low shrinkage, minimal warping, no cracking
• Low odor, no pre-drying required

The line suits functional parts and tooling: electronic housings and brackets, automotive interior parts, durable toys and protective cases, plus DIY repairs and replacement parts. A solid pick for bedslingers and any open-frame FDM printer where regular ABS would warp.
