Description
SUNLU ABS-GF is an ABS filament reinforced with roughly 10% glass fiber for strong functional parts. Compared with standard ABS, flexural strength jumps from 55 to 90 MPa and tensile strength from 42 to 54 MPa. The glass fibers form a 3D anchoring network that locks adjacent layers together and boosts heat resistance, making it a good fit for automotive parts, jigs and load-bearing prototypes.

- Nozzle temperature: 260–280 °C
- Bed temperature: 90–100 °C

- Part cooling fan: 10% max, auxiliary fan off
- 1.75 mm diameter, 1 kg spool, 1.06 g/cm³ density
The glass fiber makes this filament abrasive — use a hardened nozzle or a brass one will wear out fast. As an ABS, it needs an enclosure and an all-metal hotend, and a glue stick helps first-layer adhesion. The fiber reinforcement makes it more brittle, so load the spool carefully.
This line targets printers with an enclosed chamber, a heated bed and a hardened nozzle. It suits camera mounts, housings, brackets and any part where stiffness, heat resistance and warp resistance matter.

Yes. As an ABS it warps badly without a stable temperature, so print it in an enclosure with a heated bed at 90–100 °C.
