ELEGOO Tough Resin — Tough ABS-Like 405nm Resin

ELEGOO Tough Resin is an engineering UV resin for desktop LCD/MSLA printers that cure at 405nm. Its defining trait is high impact strength and resilience: printed parts shrug off drops, taps and drilling, flex without cracking and spring back to shape. The material behaves much like ABS in stiffness and toughness, which makes it a fit for functional parts and durable prototypes.

Print Settings

• Cure wavelength: 405nm
• Normal exposure: roughly 2.5–3.5s (screen and light source dependent)
• Bottom exposure: 28–35s
• Density around 1.1 g/cm³; always shake the bottle before printing
• Wash in isopropyl alcohol (IPA), then post-cure under UV

This resin is built for parts that take a load: housings, brackets, gears, snap-fit clips, automotive and sports fixtures, and functional prototypes. It works with most desktop LCD/MSLA printers running 405nm light and 2K to 8K screens — Elegoo Saturn and Mars, Anycubic Photon and similar machines. It comes in black and grey, in 1000g and 2000g bottles.
