Anycubic Tough Resin Ultra — Impact-Resistant 405nm Resin

Anycubic Tough Resin Ultra is an impact-resistant, flexible 405nm UV resin for desktop resin printers. What sets the line apart is the mix of strength and springiness: a printed part absorbs impacts and quickly springs back to shape after deformation instead of cracking like a standard resin. That makes it a great fit for articulated models with moving parts, fine details like strands of hair, and even wearable accessories — once cured it's gentle on the skin. You can print it on its own or blend it into other resins to boost their toughness.

Print Settings

• Cure wavelength: 405nm
• Normal exposure: roughly 3s (screen dependent)
• Bottom exposure: 25–35s
• Density: ~1.1 g/cm³, impact-resistant and springy
• Cleans with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), low odor

The line is built for functional and artistic models where impact resistance matters: articulated figures, snap-fit prototypes, earphone covers, elf ears and other wearables. It works with most LCD/DLP/SLA printers running 405nm light — from the Anycubic Photon to machines from other brands. The material also resists moisture and won't soften even in a damp room.
