Description

SUNLU High Toughness Resin is a 405nm impact-resistant resin for LCD/MSLA printers. The line's key difference is higher impact and flex strength: parts don't shatter when dropped and hold up to snap-fits, thin features, and functional details. Sold in 2kg bottles, available in grey, dark grey, black, white, and transparent.

Print Settings

  • Cure wavelength: 405nm
  • Normal exposure: 1.5–4s (mono LCD), 4–12s (RGB LCD)
  • Bottom exposure: 10–60s (mono), 20–80s (RGB)
  • Bottom layers: 5
  • Wash in IPA, then UV post-cure
  • Store at 15–35°C in a cool, dark place

This line suits functional parts, enclosures, brackets, and prototypes with snap-fits where brittle standard resin would crack. It works with most desktop LCD/MSLA and DLP printers — Elegoo, Anycubic, Creality, and others. Dial in exact exposure for your screen using the table above.

FAQ

On a mono LCD, set normal layers to 1.5–4s and bottom layers to 10–60s, with 5 bottom layers. RGB screens need 2–3x longer: 4–12s and 20–80s. Fine-tune with a test print on your printer.
