ELEGOO Rapid Standard Resin — Fast 405nm UV Resin

ELEGOO Rapid Resin is a 405nm standard UV resin built for speed. Its headline trait is low viscosity — around 60 mPa·s — so the liquid resin flows quickly back under the model and the release film, which lets each layer cure and peel noticeably faster. Normal exposure drops to 0.5–1.8s, and on printers with ACF film (ELEGOO Mars 4 Ultra, Saturn 3 Ultra) vertical print speed reaches up to 150mm/h — roughly 3× faster than classic standard resins.

Print Settings

• Cure wavelength: 405nm
• Normal exposure: 0.5–1.8s (screen and film dependent)
• Bottom exposure: roughly 25–30s
• Viscosity around 60 mPa·s, density ~1.1 g/cm³, low shrinkage and high accuracy
• Wash with isopropyl alcohol, UV post-curing is mandatory after printing

The line is aimed at anyone who prints in volume: miniatures and figurines, tabletop models, prototypes and short production runs. Low shrinkage keeps dimensions accurate with no warping or cracking, and the high fluidity makes pouring and draining the vat easier. It works with most desktop LCD/MSLA printers running 405nm light (2K–12K screens), but the biggest speed boost comes paired with the ELEGOO Mars 4 Ultra and Saturn 3 Ultra.
