Description

SUNLU PLA-CF is PLA reinforced with 15% carbon fiber for extra stiffness and dimensional stability. It prints almost as easily as regular PLA but yields stronger parts and a clean matte finish that hides ghosting on walls. Great for functional parts, enclosures, and models that need rigidity without added weight.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle temperature: 190–230 °C
  • Bed temperature: 60–80 °C
  • Print speed: 50–200 mm/s
  • Reinforcement: 15% carbon fiber, matte surface
  • Diameter accuracy: ±0.02 mm, minimal clogs and tangles

The filament has excellent layer adhesion, easy support removal, and prints warp-free. It ships vacuum-packed with desiccant. A solid choice for most desktop printers: brackets, mounts, drone frames, and engineering parts that need stiffness and a tidy matte look.

FAQ

Yes. Carbon fiber is abrasive and quickly wears out a brass nozzle, so print with a hardened steel nozzle, 0.4 mm or larger.
