Description
Anycubic PLA-CF is a PLA filament reinforced with chopped carbon fiber. The fiber boosts stiffness and dimensional stability, reduces warping, and tightens up long bridges and overhangs, while the surface comes out with a pleasant matte texture that hides layer lines. It prints almost as easily as regular PLA but looks far more premium — which is why makers reach for it on functional parts, enclosures, and decor.
Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 200–230 °C
- Bed temperature: 50–60 °C
- Print speed: 60 mm/s (recommended), up to 100 mm/s
- Diameter: 1.75 mm, 1 kg spool
- Hardened nozzle required; no enclosure needed
Anycubic PLA-CF is a great pick for functional parts, enclosures, brackets, drone frames, and RC models where you want stiffness and a matte look with no post-processing. It works with any 1.75 mm FDM printer as long as you have a hardened nozzle: Anycubic Kobra, Bambu Lab, Creality, and more. Six colors are available, from Cowboy Blue to Vintage Red.
FAQ
Yes. Carbon fiber is abrasive and quickly wears out a brass nozzle. Print with a hardened steel nozzle — a brass one will be ruined within a few spools.
