Description

Anycubic PLA Basic is an affordable, everyday workhorse filament for FDM printing. Made from plant-based lactic acid (corn starch), it's biodegradable and prints without a harsh smell. A tight ±0.02 mm diameter tolerance and neat mechanical winding prevent tangles and feeding snags, while consistent, vibrant colors stay even from spool to spool. It prints easily with low warping and leaves a clean, smooth surface.

Nozzle temperature: 190–220 °C (200–210 °C recommended)
Bed temperature: 50–60 °C
Print speed: 60 mm/s (recommended), up to 100 mm/s
Diameter: 1.75 mm, ±0.02 mm tolerance
No enclosure or hardened nozzle required

PLA softens around 55–60 °C: don't leave finished parts in a hot car in the sun, and avoid PLA for load-bearing parts near heat sources.
