SUNLU High Clear Resin is a transparent 405nm photopolymer for LCD/MSLA and DLP printers. The line is built for crystal-clear prints: it resists yellowing, stays highly transparent and holds its clarity indoors over a long time. Low shrinkage and good fluidity give a high print success rate, and finished parts don't crack after curing.

Print Settings

  • Cure wavelength: 405nm
  • Normal exposure: 2.5-3s (monochrome LCD)
  • Bottom exposure: 30-60s, with 5 bottom layers
  • Density: about 1.1 g/cm³, low odor
  • Compatibility: 99% of LCD printers, plus DLP and SLA

It's a good fit for transparent enclosures, lenses, vases, figures and display models where material clarity matters. For best results, store the bottle in a cool, dry place at 15-35°C and use it within a year.

FAQ

On a monochrome LCD, start at 2.5-3s per normal layer and 30-60s for the bottom layers (5 bottom layers). On RGB LCDs, normal exposure runs 4-15s. Fine-tune with a test print on your machine — exposure directly affects model clarity.
