Description
eSUN eTPU-95A is a flexible filament with 95A Shore hardness. Parts come out rubbery and elastic, yet strong in tension and abrasion-resistant. It's a fit for anything that needs to bend and spring back.
Print Settings
- Nozzle temperature: 220–260 °C
- Bed temperature: 45–60 °C
- Print speed: 20–30 mm/s (slow)
- Hardness: 95A Shore
- Diameter: 1.75 mm, 1 kg spool
Flexible filament likes to buckle in the feeder. Print slowly (20–30 mm/s); Bowden setups can struggle — a direct-drive printer is best. Dry it at 55 °C before printing.
Great for cases, gaskets, wheels, straps, dampers and other elastic parts. Prints best on direct-drive printers.
