Quick fix:
In OrcaSlicer, find and disable the setting "Reduce retraction during gap fill."

Explanation:
When this setting is enabled, OrcaSlicer doesn’t lift the nozzle during non-print moves for gap filling. As a result, you’ll hear a scraping noise — that’s the nozzle dragging across the previous layer. It’s not dangerous, but unpleasant and adds extra mechanical stress to the nozzle. Over time, this could shorten its lifespan, especially if your bed leveling is off or you have significant over-extrusion.

You won’t notice any increase in print time after disabling this setting, so don’t worry — just turn it off.

With the setting disabled, the nozzle will lift properly each time, avoiding contact with the layer — and the noise will disappear.
