At first

If nothing comes out of the nozzle at all: Fully loosen the screw on the left side of the print head, set the temperature to 280°C, and gently push the cleaning rod (included with the printer) all the way down until it reaches the nozzle and pushes out the filament. Don’t use too much force, but make sure it goes all the way through.

Sometimes this step alone is enough.

Cold Pull:

If that didn’t help and the filament still extrudes poorly — proceed with a cold pull:

Fully loosen the screw on the left side of the print head, insert PA6 nylon filament or 1.6–1.8mm trimmer line, set the temperature to 280°C, and manually push the nylon through until it starts coming out of the nozzle (meaning the old filament is already pushed out). Then, turn off the heating and continue pushing the nylon manually as long as it still moves — even the slightest movement means you should keep going.

Now wait until the hotend cools down to 50°C — don’t touch anything during this time.

Once cooled, set the temperature to 150°C and simultaneously pull the filament upwards with force.

Inspect the tip of the removed filament — if you see burnt residue, that means everything worked as intended. Ideally, the nozzle should now be empty (you should be able to see through it from the top).
