Description
SUNLU Nylon-Like Resin is a 405nm photopolymer that mimics the mechanical behavior of nylon (PA). Its standout trait is high impact strength and breaking elongation: cured parts bend, drill, and tap without cracking or chipping. Reach for it when standard or ABS-like resin is simply too brittle for the job.
Print Settings
- Cure wavelength: 405nm (LCD / MSLA / DLP)
- Normal exposure: 1.5–4.5s on monochrome LCD, 4–12s on color LCD
- Bottom exposure: 10–60s (mono), 20–80s (color), 5 bottom layers
- Density 1.1 g/cm³, 1000g bottle, low odor
- Colors: black, gray, dark gray, white, beige (skin)
This line targets functional parts: structural sample pieces, housings, snap-fits, gears, and prototypes that need toughness and impact resistance. It works with most 405nm desktop resin printers — Elegoo, Anycubic, Creality, Phrozen, and other LCD/MSLA machines.
