Description

SUNLU Easy Nylon (E-PA) is an engineering-grade PA6/66 copolymer nylon that SUNLU tuned specifically for hassle-free printing. The line tackles the classic nylon headaches: a low shrinkage rate minimizes warping and cracking even on large parts, while an improved formulation makes the filament far less sensitive to ambient moisture. The result is strong, impact-resistant, bubble-free prints.

Print Settings

  • Nozzle temperature: 250–280 °C (250–270 °C at standard speed, 270–280 °C for high-speed printing)
  • Bed temperature: 30–50 °C, always with an adhesive for bed adhesion
  • Print speed: 50–150 mm/s (50–100 mm/s standard, up to 150 mm/s in high-speed mode)
  • Diameter: 1.75 mm with ±0.03 mm tolerance, roughly 350 m per 1 kg spool
  • Highlights: low shrinkage, UV resistance, vacuum packaging with desiccant

Easy Nylon is a great fit for functional, load-bearing parts: gears, brackets, enclosures, tool holders and wear-resistant mechanisms. The line is meant for printers with a heated bed and an enclosed chamber that can hold a steady 250–280 °C.

FAQ

Yes. Nylon absorbs moisture quickly, so dry the spool before printing (around 70 °C for 8 hours) and store it in a dry box. Wet filament causes bubbles and weak layer adhesion.
