Description

eSUN PLA-Wood is PLA blended with real wood fibers. Finished parts look and smell like wood, with a matte, slightly rough surface. You can sand, stain and varnish them just like a wooden blank.

Print Settings

Nozzle temperature: 215–235 °C
Bed temperature: 45–60 °C
Cooling fan: 100%
Nozzle: 0.4 mm+ (wood particles can clog narrow nozzles)
Diameter: 1.75 mm, 1 kg spool

Tweak the nozzle temperature to shift the shade: hotter gives a darker, more 'toasted' wood look. Because of the wood particles, stick to a 0.4 mm or larger nozzle to avoid clogs.

Great for decorative figures, frames, ship models and architectural mockups — anywhere you want the look and texture of wood. Prints on open-frame machines as easily as plain PLA.
