ELEGOO CANVAS Multicolor Unit for Centauri Carbon

CANVAS brings multicolor printing to the ELEGOO Centauri Carbon: four spools stay loaded at once and the printer swaps filament mid-job on its own. RFID tags identify material and color, auto refill picks up the next spool when one runs out, and the tangle-prevention mechanism keeps the buffer from knotting the strand.
