Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K
The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra 16K launched in November 2024. It is an MSLA printer with a 10-inch mono panel of 15120 × 6230 pixels: a 14 × 19 μm pixel, a 211.68 × 118.37 × 220 mm build volume, 20 μm Z accuracy and speeds up to 150 mm/h. What sets it apart from the 12K version is the vat heated to 30 °C, an AI camera with its own light, and a stronger UV array at 5 mW/cm² against 4.
The complaints owners arrive with: the "Resin heating anomaly" error and its heating contact tips, false "Foreign matter detected" alerts on a clean vat, early 16K panel wear caused by pressure from the spring-loaded plate, bricked boots after firmware that did not match the board revision, and panel over-exposure that makes 12K profiles useless.
