Creality Ender-3 V4
The Creality Ender 3 V4 is the next-generation Ender 3 with speeds up to 600 mm/s, AI calibration via a strain gauge, refreshed electronics, and stock Klipper-based firmware (220×220×270 mm build volume, Sprite direct-drive, hot-end up to 300 °C). Owners come here when migrating from the V3 to find what actually changed beyond marketing, to debug first AI calibration errors, or to tune PETG and PLA-CF for top speed without ghosting on the walls.
The most common complaints are AI calibration false positives on dark or shiny surfaces, feeder instability above 400 mm/s, and fan noise in the first hours. Before contacting support, check the firmware version and the strain-gauge state — most "calibration glitches" are fixed by a firmware update and a feeder gear swap. If you just unboxed it, start with first-layer geometry and input shaper calibration; after 200+ hours, walk through belts and bearings.
