Z-Axis Stepper Motor for ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra

The Z-axis motor with its lead screw already fitted, for the ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra resin printer. This one assembly both lifts the plate and breaks every layer off the film, which makes it the hardest-working part in the machine. Wear shows up on the print: evenly spaced horizontal banding, a plate that groans and hitches on the way up, and the occasional shift in layer height. The screw ships with the motor — you replace the assembly, not the thread.
