Creality Hi
The Creality Hi is a compact moving-bed printer with a 200×200×200 mm build volume, strain-gauge auto-calibration, and directed part cooling. Owners come here to choose a first printer under 200×200 mm for school projects or a small studio, to compare the Hi with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini and Anycubic Kobra on price, noise and first-layer quality, or to debug auto-calibration errors, first-layer instability, and third-party filament compatibility questions.
The main complaints are inconsistent first layers on the stock plate after a nozzle swap, directed-cooling noise in quiet hours, and rare auto-calibration failures on dark surfaces. Before swapping the plate, check chassis level and XY belt tension — most "defects" are fixed by these two actions. If you just unboxed it, start with first-layer calibration and an Orca Slicer profile; after 100+ hours of prints, walk through the feeder gear and belt checklist.
