Bambu Lab A2L
The Bambu Lab A2L is the largest machine in Bambu Lab's A series: an open-frame bed slinger with a 330×320×325 mm build volume, a PMSM servo extruder and speeds up to 500 mm/s. Launched in 2026 from $469, it's a budget entry into large-format FDM printing.
The most common owner question is about materials: the bed only reaches 80 °C, so ABS and ASA are off the table — it's PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA. Other popular topics are multi-color printing via AMS lite (up to 19 colors), the cutter and pen plotter mode, and the inertia of the big moving bed.
